Accessibility — Photo Booth FX (“PBFX”)
Last updated: September 8, 2025
PBFX is committed to making our website and digital experiences accessible to the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines.
1) Measures we’re taking
Accessible design and development practices for new pages and features.
Color-contrast checks, semantic HTML, ARIA where appropriate, and visible focus indicators.
Keyboard and screen-reader testing on primary flows (navigation, product pages, checkout).
Captioning/transcripts for new video/audio we publish.
Vendor review for accessibility where we rely on third-party widgets (e.g., checkout, analytics, embeds).
2) Conformance status
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA. Some parts of the site may not fully conform yet, especially in templates controlled by our hosting platform or third-party embeds. We treat accessibility as an ongoing effort and prioritize fixes that affect critical tasks.
3) Known issues & plan
Third-party embeds (e.g., social feeds, maps, payment iframes) may not fully meet WCAG—working with vendors and providing alternatives where feasible.
Keyboard traps/skip links on some template sections—monitoring and patching as templates update.
Form labels and error messaging—auditing and improving for clarity and programmatic association.
Color contrast—spot audits when new imagery or themes are deployed.
Legacy PDFs—upon request, we will provide accessible formats.
We review and update this list as issues are resolved.
4) Feedback & requests
If you experience a barrier on our site or need an alternative format, we want to help.
Accessibility contact
Email: partners@pbfx.ai
Mail: Accessibility, PBFX, 2948 Jo Ann Dr., Richmond, CA 94806
Please include the page URL, the assistive technology you were using (if any), and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 5 business days.
5) Compatibility, tech & browsers
Our site is built with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript and is intended to work with modern browsers and assistive technologies, including current versions of NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack. Some features may not function in very old browsers or when JavaScript is disabled.
6) Assessment approach
We conduct internal self-assessments and periodic spot checks using automated tools and manual testing with keyboard and screen readers. As resources allow, we may engage third-party audits.
7) Enforcement
If you believe we are not meeting accessibility standards, please contact us at partners@pbfx.ai. We take accessibility seriously and will work to address reasonable requests and issues promptly.
