1) Material connections & affiliate links (FTC)

From time to time, PBFX may recommend third-party tools or services and include affiliate links. If you click and make a purchase, PBFX may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We disclose these relationships clearly near the relevant content using labels such as “affiliate link,” “paid link,” or “#ad.” Opinions are our own and are not purchased.

2) Sponsored content, gifts, and partnerships

PBFX uses generative AI to produce example images and to power certain effects.

  • Not face swap. PBFX prompts and effects are generative; they are not deterministic face-swap utilities.

  • Model variance. Generative models are non-deterministic. Outputs may vary between renders and between guests; exact replication is not guaranteed.

  • Logos & text. Logos and fine text may not render perfectly on every pass. Minor distortions or letter substitutions are model behavior, not a PBFX prompt defect.

  • Model updates. Platforms may update or throttle models, causing style or accuracy changes over time (“model drift”). PBFX cannot control third-party model behavior.

  • Regeneration. If a render falls short, try regenerating and following the product’s setup steps precisely. See Returns & Refunds for store-credit review requirements.

Unless a gallery states otherwise, example images on this Site are AI-generated samples or composites created with PBFX prompts and are provided for demonstration.

5) Image sources, likeness, and permissions

Client galleries shown on the Site were provided by customers or created at events and are used with permission where required. AI-generated samples are not depictions of specific real persons unless explicitly labeled. 6) Trademarks, logos, and brand usage

Logos and brand marks that appear in samples are for demonstration and belong to their respective owners. Appearance of a mark does not imply endorsement or affiliation. If you plan to deliver outputs containing third-party logos or IP, you are responsible for obtaining the necessary permissions from the rights holder and for complying with the platform/model terms you use.
